Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

• Reservation Requirements: A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.
• Payment: Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or TapTap Send. After we receive your booking, we will send you all the necessary payment details.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to the tour will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the tour will not be refunded.
• Booking Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your tour. Please verify that all details are correct.

2. Tour Availability

• Tour Schedules: Tours are subject to availability and weather conditions. In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, Joe NB Tour Mada reserves the right to alter or cancel the tour. If a tour is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.
• Group Size: Certain tours may have a minimum or maximum number of participants. We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of participants is not met.

3. Health and Safety

• Health Requirements: Participants must be in good physical health and capable of engaging in the activities offered in the tour. It is recommended to consult a doctor before booking, especially for activities like hiking or snorkeling.
• Responsibility: While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, participants are responsible for their personal safety and well-being during the tour.
• Insurance: It is recommended that you have adequate travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances, including medical emergencies, cancellations, or accidents.

4. Tour Conduct

• Behavioral Expectations: We expect all participants to respect local customs, the environment, and other travelers during the tour. Any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe may be asked to leave the tour without a refund.
• Environmental Responsibility: We are committed to preserving the natural beauty of Madagascar. We ask all guests to follow our eco-friendly guidelines, such as avoiding littering and respecting wildlife.

5. Liability

• Limitations of Liability: Joe NB Tour Mada is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the tour, unless due to our negligence. We will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in itineraries caused by weather conditions, political situations, or other factors beyond our control.
• Force Majeure: Joe NB Tour Mada is not liable for failure to fulfill any part of the tour due to situations beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.

6. Amendments and Updates

• Changes to Terms: Joe NB Tour Mada reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we recommend checking for updates before booking.

7. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Madagascar. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madagascar.
