Welcome to JOE NB TOUR MADA! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your tour. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

• Customers can book tours directly via our website.
• To confirm a booking, clients must pay a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of the tour.
• Alternatively, clients may choose to pay the full price upfront to guarantee their booking immediately.
• Payment methods accepted include PayPal,Mobile Money,Tap Tap Send,Bank Transfert.
• Once your booking is sent, We will email you in less than 12 hours with all the details, including instructions on how to pay according to the payment method you have chosen. Please note that to secure your booking and avoid any stress, payment of either the advance or the full price is required.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Tours are priced and available from 8:00 AM daily.
• You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund of any payments made.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee (deducted from your payment).
• There are no hidden fees; all charges are transparent and included at booking.

3. Changes to Your Booking

• You are free to change your tour date or the number of participants at any time.
• Customized tours are also available upon request — please contact us for personalized arrangements.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• All clients are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
• Clients must provide accurate personal information during booking.

5. Our Responsibilities

• We guarantee a safe, enjoyable experience with qualified guides and reliable transportation.
• In the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule your tour or provide a full refund.
• Our insurance covers injuries sustained during the tour under policy number 122/60100063 ETS, valid from 08/07/2025 to 07/07/2026.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings — clients should keep their valuables safe at all times.

6. Conduct on Tour

• Clients are expected to respect the instructions of their tour guides at all times.
• We reserve the right to end the tour for anyone whose behavior jeopardizes safety or enjoyment.

7. Photography and Data Privacy

• We may take photos and videos during the tour for promotional use.
• No personal data beyond booking information is stored or shared by us.

8. Review Policy

• At JOE NB TOUR MADA, we are committed to maintaining the integrity of all reviews.
• To prevent fake reviews, we approve client's reviews within 12 hours, verifying the booking ID and client information to ensure authenticity.
• All clients who have completed a tour with us are encouraged to leave a review to help us improve and provide better service.
• Your feedback is crucial for us to continue delivering high-quality experiences to all our future guests.
