We accept PayPal, bank transfer, Send Wave, Tap Tap Send, and cash payments in Euros or Malagasy Ariary. For credit card payments, you can use PayPal. We do not accept cash on arrival for advance bookings — payment must be confirmed before the tour date.

Yes, subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (July–August), but we can often arrange tours on short notice. Send us a WhatsApp message and we will do our best to make it happen.

Yes, we require a deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit amount depends on the tour type and group size. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of the tour or in advance — we will confirm the details when you book.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a partial charge depending on the tour and circumstances. We handle each case fairly — contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your plans.

We recommend the Nosy Iranja day trip as a first experience — it combines a scenic boat ride, beautiful beaches, snorkeling, and a fresh seafood lunch. If you have an extra day, add Nosy Komba for the lemurs. These two tours give you the quintessential Nosy Be experience in just two days.

Absolutely. Most of our tours are family-friendly. Nosy Tany Kely and Nosy Tanikely are especially great for kids because of the calm, shallow waters. For very young children, we recommend avoiding long boat rides — let us know the ages of your children and we will recommend the best options.

No swimming skills are required for island-hopping boat tours — you stay dry on the boat and only enter the water if you choose to. For snorkeling activities, basic swimming ability is helpful but not mandatory as we provide life jackets. Non-swimmers can still enjoy the beaches and scenic views.

Yes, we offer private tours for all our destinations. Private tours give you more flexibility with timing, a dedicated boat and guide, and a more personalized experience. They cost more than group tours but are ideal for couples, families, or anyone who prefers a private setting.

Most visitors fly into Fascene Airport (NOS) on Nosy Be directly. There are regular flights from Antananarivo, as well as seasonal direct flights from some international destinations (Addis Ababa, Nairobi, Doha). We can help arrange your domestic flights within Madagascar.

Yes, we provide airport pickup and drop-off for all our customers. Just share your flight details when booking and our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name. The transfer is included in all our tour packages.

The dry season from April to November is ideal — clear skies, calm seas, and comfortable temperatures. July and August are peak season with the most visitors. For fewer crowds and great weather, visit in April, May, October, or November.

Bring reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a towel, and a dry bag for your phone. Wear light clothing and sandals that are easy to take on and off. If you have your own snorkeling mask, bring it for a better fit. We provide fins and vests on all snorkeling tours.

The rainy season (December–March) can bring heavy rain and rough seas, which may cause some boat trips to be cancelled. However, the island is lush and green during this time and hotel prices are lower. If you don't mind the possibility of itinerary changes, it can still be a great time to visit.

We recommend consulting your doctor before traveling. Mosquitoes are present on Nosy Be, particularly in forested areas like Lokobe. Bring a strong DEET-based repellent and wear long sleeves in the evenings. Our guides always carry repellent and first-aid kits on all tours.

No. Only drink bottled or filtered water. Avoid ice in drinks unless you are certain it was made from safe water. Bottled water is cheap and available everywhere on the island — we always have some on board our boats.
